Some good ideas in the article. We'll see if the new owners have the balls to truly rethink things.

I think they should make Brad VP of Hummus Production, on account of him making high-quality hummus.

I don't know, seems a little early to commit him to such a position of responsibility.  I think he should practice making us more hummus first.

I'm sorry to say that  there will be no hummus this week.  However, next week I have Wednesday off, and will be pleased to make another batch.

Good. I didn't eat a lot, but I thought it was really good. Not my favorite dish, but a tasty bowl of mushed-up Garbonzos, nonetheless.
